Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026 (prayer requests and reminders added)

Word Alive Bible is a free Bible and prayer app published by Richard Obeng, Kingdom Ink Ministry Publishing. We built it so you can read, pray and grow without giving up your privacy.

What we collect

Almost nothing. The app has no accounts, no sign-up, no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools. We do not collect your location or any information about how you use the app.

The only time information leaves your device is when you choose to send a prayer request, testimony or message. Then we receive what you type: your message and, only if you add them, your name and email.

Prayer requests

What stays on your device

Your notes, highlights, bookmarks, prayer journal, saved prayers, your own written prayers, reading plan progress and settings are stored only in your browser on your own device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.

Reminders and notifications

Calendar reminders are added to your own calendar by you. If you turn on app notifications, they are created on your device. We do not receive any information from them.

Listening

The Listen feature uses your device's built-in text-to-speech voice. The text is read aloud by your own device.

Sharing

When you copy a verse or create a verse picture, it stays on your device until you choose to share it.

Children

The app does not collect information from anyone, including children.
